In 2007 Resource Centre together with Murmanshelf Association established a regional information and analytical magazine of suppliers for oil and gas industry "MurmanshelfInfo" and became its publisher. Today Editor's office is part of the Resource Centre.

Our objective is to create a common information space for promoting expanded cooperation between oil and gas companies and contractors / suppliers of the Barents Region, as well as to contribute to development of international partnerships in the Arctic oil and gas projects.

Our magazine provides information on latest developments in the Shtokman project from the locale, on regional industry getting ready for the project, we also cover the topic of Murmanshelf members’ strategic development aimed at becoming qualified suppliers and taking part in tenders carried out by E&P companies.

MurmanshelfInfo contains analytics, news and scientific publications on current trends in domestic and foreign fuel and energy sectors; tells about service, engineering, design, and consulting companies.

We familiarize our readers with expert opinions on managerial and technological aspects of oil and gas sector development.

The magazine is distributed among federal and regional authorities, oil and gas companies incl. Shtokman Development AG, Murmanshelf and Murmanshelf Construction members, service and supplier companies, as well as by subscription. It is present at large forums, exhibitions and conferences in the field of oil and gas, construction and logistics in Russia and Europe.

The magazine is published quaterly in Russian and English languages.
