Resource Centre provides services in arrangement of different business events, i.e. international meetings, seminars, conferences, forums, B2B events.

We are proud that a wide range of important for our region meetings was held under our organisational support. We are firmly convinced that creation of meeting platforms for businessmen, professionals, politicians to exchange opinions and share new ideas not only increases attractiveness of the Murmansk region but also promotes strengthening of business and friendly relations and as a result development of new projects and mobilization of investments in the region.

In October 2009 the I Murmansk Economic Forum took place in Murmansk. On the 16th of October within the business program of the Forum the II International Conference "Shelf Development: Step by Step" was held by Murmanshelf Association. Resource Centre, as two years ago during the first Step by Step Conference, was a partner responsible for interaction with participants, sponsors and speakers, as well as for practical arrangements.
The Conference gathered 430 representatives of oil and gas business, suppliers, research and education institutions, banks, investment and insurance companies, legislative and executive authorities. The Conference was devoted to the Shtokman GCF development project, phase I and included, apart from the plenary sessions, two panel discussions to the topics "Formation and development of offshore oil and gas sector in the Murmansk region. Role of the Shtokman Project" and "Supplies: Russian and foreign content".

In January 2009 Resource Centre together with Bedriftskompetanse arranged visit of Norwegian business delegation within the project "Business cooperation between Murmansk and Tromso". The program included a workshop, B2B meetings and study visits.

In October 2008 Resource Centre arranged a conference on demand of New Eurasia Foundation. The conference "Russia - Norway: active partnership" was devoted to interaction of non-governmental organisations of the two countries.

In June 2008 an international B2B forum Interprise Barents took place in Murmansk. During the preparation of this event Resource Centre on instructions of Murmanshelf Association recruited and consulted Russian participants, prepared information for brochure and catalogue of the event, supported Russian version of the web-page.

In April 2008 Resource Centre together with Murmanshelf Association took part in organisation of the BEATA Steering Committee meeting and conference "Development of Transport Infrastructure in BEAR" carried out by Ministry of Transport of RF.
Representatives of Russian Ministry of Transport, Transport Departments of several Norwegian counties, Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones, Ports of Tromso (Norway), Kemi (Finland), Kirkenes (Norway).

In 2007 Resource Centre was Operator of the I International Conference "Shelf Development: Step by Step", which took place in Murmansk on November 14-15, 2007. Total number of participants counted to 312 professionals representing 150 companies, NGOs, regional authorities and mass media. The Conference received delegates from Russia, Norway, Finland, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, Monaco etc.

Resource Centre developed preparation plan of this event and carried out all organisation works including recruiting of participants, working with sponsors, information campaign, accommodation and transfer for participants. This project became a certain business card of the Resource Centre indicating its capabilities and high professional quality of services provided by Resource Centre.
